Healthy Workshops 2021
The University of Delaware's Employee Health and Wellbeing department is offering monthly healthy workshops this spring. Topics range from general health to Diabetes-specific.

Each presentation will be 30-45 minutes and includes time at the end for Q&A.

Workshop Topics are below:
February 17 - 9am-10am - Eating Healthy on a Budget
March 17 - 9am-10am - Help...I Can't Lose Weight
April 21 - 9am-10am - Heart Health and Nutrition
May 19 - 9am-10am -Diabetes and Exercise
